چکیده
Abstract In this study, nine component points were designed based on a CaO‐B 2 O 3 ‐SiO (CBS) glass system with high boron content, and CBS glass/Al composites developed for low‐temperature co‐fired ceramic (LTCC) applications. Furthermore, the densification process, phase compositions, microstructures, properties investigated. The results indicated that softening of interfacial reaction between Al two most important factors affecting LTCC's process. real‐time shrinkage rate LTCC during sintering was simulated using thermal curve combined DTA X‐ray diffraction. It proven formation CaAl (BO )O contributed to reduction in viscosity promoted dense structure. composite 30 vol% sintered at 850°C exhibited coefficient expansion 4.55–6.35 ppm/◦C, ε r 3.5–5.0, minimum tan δ 0.0018 15 GHz. Therefore, these make CBS–LTCC more suitable high‐frequency

Microwave dielectric characterisation of 3D-printed BaTiO3/ABS polymer composites
3D printing is used extensively in product prototyping and continues to emerge as a viable option for the direct manufacture of final parts. It is known that dielectric materials with relatively high real permittivity-which are required in important technology sectors such as electronics and communications-may be 3D printed using a variety of techniques. Among these, the fused deposition of pol...
متن کاملPreparation and Dielectric Characterization of Arrowroot- Chitosan Film for Microwave Phantom Applications
Arrowroot (Maranta arundinacea) and Chitosan are two well-known materials used in medical and scientific applications. Both materials possess medicinal properties and have the ability to form thick gels. Chitosan-reinforced Arrowroot film was developed and its dielectric characterization was performed at microwave frequencies. Cavity perturbation method was used for the measurement. The study p...
متن کاملComparative study of densification and microstructural development in W–18Cu composites using microwave and conventional heating
Tungsten based composites such as W–Cu have been widely used as electrical contacts, especially in heavy duty applications and as spark erosion electrodes. The lack of solubility between tungsten and copper makes it very difficult to achieve full densification through liquid phase sintering. Higher sintering temperatures or longer holding times always help to improve the densification but Cu ma...
